We love to babysit my parents dogs – they are so much fun and are great companions. One time we babysat Frida, the french bulldog, by itself in our apartment and we took long walks along the lake paths. The worst part about being in the apartment when watching the dogs is that I had to walk her 3 times a day – in my parents house I could get away with just walking them once a day, and then the garden was used when the needed to pee or run around.

We often choose to stay at my parents house when babysitting the dogs as it is easier, and they have so much more space, which is nice when you’re used to living in a tiny dorm apartment 🙂 .

The dogs also come with the family when we go to the summer house, where we spend time walking on the beach with the dogs, bathing if the weather permits it and just have fun as a family. The pictures are during fall so the pier was partly disassembled to reduce the chance of frost damage to it. I always find that it looks kinda eerie without the walkway. The fog on the picture probably doesn’t help 🙂
